    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    We have a bank account in France and in the US. Payments can be sent to either account.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 12:00PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00PM and 9:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
