    The apartment is at 7th floor via elevator. The wide and elegant living room provide two comfortable sofas. You will have cable TV with CNN, BBC, and a DVD player. The apartment provides iron + iron board. The concierge of the building offers washing machine and dryer during your stay; a self service laundrette is at Avenue de Suffren just in front of the building. Cleaning service of the apartment is available upon request. 4. PRICE The price includes: > Household linen, dishes and electrical appliances. > Costs of water, real estate and residence taxes. Consumption of electricity is included for rentals of less than 4 weeks.

    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    Rental General Conditions-1 Nov 2006 1.RESERVATIONS After verifying availability , fill out the "Reservation" form with your name, address, telephone #, e-mail address, dates for your stay, & number of persons. 2.DEPOSIT PAYMENT We must receive booking deposit for your reservation corresponding to 30% of total cost of the rental. Your reservation will be accepted and reserved in your name only when your deposit is received. You can pay by credit card, bank transfer or Paypal. The €uro is the only accepted currency. 3.BALANCE PAYMENT The balance must be paid at the latest cash on the arrival or at 7 days prior the arrival by credit card, Bank transfer or Paypal. 4

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 12 euros/hour.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
