This quiet apartment is situated on the third floor of a well-maintained 1880’s walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system. The exposure is east and west and the windows are double-glazed in all the apartment. There is parquet floor almost everywhere and the entrance door of the apartment is armored. The apartment is divided as follows: When you enter is a small entry hall, on the right hand-side of it is a separate kitchen with a large window and a separate toilet. The entry hall opens onto the 20m2 living room with an antique decorative fireplace surmounted by a mirror. On the right hand-side of the living room is a large 12m2 bedroom and a bathroom. The living room has two windows viewing on a square. The walls are painted with a nice white color. It is tastefully decorated with a sofa bed (140 wide), sofa, wooden table with chairs, and a bookcase. There is a cable TV, a permanent high speed internet access, and a telephone.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). This agreeable and nicely decorated 45m2 one bedroom apartment is located close to the "Jardin des Plantes". This apartment is ideally situated near the Latin Quarter, and in one of the most youthful parts of Paris. Close to the apartment you will find the very famous university Jussieu. Just a few minutes walking distance are the famous Pantheon and typical Rue Mouffetard. You will be able to visit the 'Jardin des Plantes' which is the Paris Botanical’s garden with its zoo and the National Museum of Natural History. The Seine River and the Cathedral Notre Dame are also at a few minutes walk. On Sunday you will see the secondhand bookseller on the quayside. The nearest metro stations are Censier Daubenton (line 7), Saint-Marcel, Place Monge

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Rental General Conditions-1 Nov 2006 1.RESERVATIONS After verifying availability , fill out the "Reservation" form with your name, address, telephone #, e-mail address, dates for your stay, & number of persons. 2.DEPOSIT PAYMENT We must receive booking deposit for your reservation corresponding to 30% of total cost of the rental. Your reservation will be accepted and reserved in your name only when your deposit is received. You can pay by credit card, bank transfer or Paypal. The €uro is the only accepted currency. 3.BALANCE PAYMENT The balance must be paid at the latest cash on the arrival or at 7 days prior the arrival by credit card, Bank transfer or Paypal. 4.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
