Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
Personal cheques issued on a French, British, Spanish, or Portuguese bank account. Please allow time for cheque to clear. Bank transfers accepted, but please check with Owner regarding bank charges. Western Union and MoneyBookers excepted.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
