This apartment is located between Luxembourg Gardens and St. Germain de Pres, just behind the Church of Saint Sulpice - one of the most beautiful and great monuments in Paris. In this area, luxury boutiques have gradually replaced the "saint sulpiceries", stores that used to sell gaudy religious images and objects. Historical maps show this existed in A.D. 1540. This 55 square meter apartment is on the third floor via the elevator. The apartment (fully renovated in 2005) can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment has plenty of light and a very quiet atmosphere.

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Rental General Conditions-1 Nov 2006 1.RESERVATIONS After verifying availability , fill out the "Reservation" form with your name, address, telephone #, e-mail address, dates for your stay, & number of persons. 2.DEPOSIT PAYMENT We must receive booking deposit for your reservation corresponding to 30% of total cost of the rental. Your reservation will be accepted and reserved in your name only when your deposit is received. You can pay by credit card, bank transfer or Paypal. The €uro is the only accepted currency. 3.BALANCE PAYMENT The balance must be paid at the latest cash on the arrival or at 7 days prior the arrival by credit card, Bank transfer or Paypal. 4.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 14.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 15 euros/hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
