Charming Parisian Apartment
As a family with roots both in America and France we created an apartment that would has all of the features that we enjoy while visiting. It is bright sunny and secure. You are right in the middle of a vibrant Parisian neighborhood full of shops, restaurants and life. You are close to the Eiffel Tower, the Seine, Ecole Militaire, two excellent shopping streets as well as easy transit via the metro only two blocks away. It has a separate bedroom, a living room, bathroom and kitchen, about 400 square feet in size with a balcony that opens on to the city and sky.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 35%) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
