Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
The main door opens into a corridor leading to the main room. The living room is clear and sunny, with 2 large double glazed windows and a warm wooden floor. Two cupboards give a large storage space. Telephone with unlimited national phone calls. The kitchen opens into the living room. Independent kitchen. Bathroom: All new (2006) shower and washing machine with tumble dryer. Toilets in the bathroom. Electrical heating.
- Paris Charles de Gaulles Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive. You can either drive or take the direct train, which takes 30 minutes, then a 5 minute walk to the flat.

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented. Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed.
- Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 3:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
