The windows of the apartment open on a typical Montmartre open stairway.

It's a short walk to the area surrounding the Sacre Cour, easily the best vantage of the Paris area we found. Abesses subway stop is around a 2 minutes walk and allows travel to anywhere. Plenty of markets, shops, cafes, boulangeries, sites. The owners were very quick to answer e-mails and were honest & forthright in all dealings. The damage deposit is required to complete the booking (balance due 14 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 20%) are refunded. Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer The reservation deposit converts to damage deposit at check-in, refundable 10 days after check-out. The reservation deposit can be be paid by credit card through PayPal, or by personal check or wire transfer.
The rent is due cash in euros at check-in.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 30.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
