With the Abbesses open market next door, you'll be able to buy the best produce 7 days a week and cook at home!

    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 20%) are refunded.

    4% additional fee charged on PayPal payments

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 30.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
