Away from the noise of the boutiques and restaurants, this large, luxury studio has been restored in June 2006. The room has very high beams in the ceiling and a window which looks out into the courtyard. Situated on the American 2nd floor, it enjoys an absolute calm and complete safety (2 secured gates with two security systems and intercom).
The living area is furnished with two single beds that can be turned into a King size bed. Bedside tables, a sofa, a dining table with chairs, a desk with Internet, and built-in closet. The mezzanine, where we cannot stand, is furnished with with two single beds, built-in shelves and wall to wall carpet floor. Air Conditioner for 2 levels. The small open kitchen has a window and is well equipped with 2 electric plates, a small refrigerator, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. You can eat at home: in the street a grocery is open until 12pm, a cheese shop, a bakery and a butcher are down the building. You will live as a real Parisian.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
