1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Double Futon Bed (sleeps 2). The master bedroom is furnished with two futon beds, one over the other. It is possible to move one of them to the living room. There are 2 bedside tables, an Asian style cupboard, 2 bed tables and a cabinet.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
The apartment is situated on the last – 6th – floor of a beginning of the century building, which has a security code system, a concierge and an elevator. All the windows have double glazing and interior and exterior blinds.

• Transit: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Metro. The nearest metro stations are Bastille (lines 1, 5 and 8) and Bréguet-Sabin (Line 5).

A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Owner ask 225€ to be settled through international money transfer in order to book. You pay the rest of the rental and the deposit when you arrive. Booking is confirmed as soon as the owner receives the 225€.
