• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. Downstairs there is a well known Moroccan restaurant. You will find delicious tajines and couscous. Good services and not expensive. Two minute walk away for supper, open until 11 pm. You have a lots of restaurants from different countries.
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20 Euros.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
