Two room apartment of 310 sq feet, includes kitchen and bathroom with bath. Sleeps maximum of 4 people - two in bunk beds in bedroom and two in a convertible futon couch in the living room. Situated on a residential tree-lined street, it is a 3 minute walk to the Metro One line stop of St Mande. Grocery, specialty food stores and restaurants of various ethnic and French cuisines are located nearby. Historic 12th century royal Chateau de Vincennes is located 2 metro stops or a 15 minute walk from the apartment.
• Charels de Gaulle Airport is within a 25 minute(s) drive. During rush hours it takes longer. A little closer to Orly airport which mostly services European cities.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 3 minute(s). Type of transit is Metro. Line One metro travels E/W through the center of Paris; 8 minutes to Bastile, 14 minutes to Chatelet - the center of Paris, 17 minutes to the Louvre Museum.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 4 minute(s). Specialty food shops are a 3 to 4 minute walk away. There is a large department store located 2 stops away on the metro. Restaurants of various ethnic and French cuisines abound in the area. Owner will happily provide walking directions, if desired.
• Nearby Attractions: Euro Disney is a 20 or 25 minute drive. 35 or 40 minute ride on the suburb train (RER), whose station is a 10 to 15 minute walk from the apartment, depending on the age of the children.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
