    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 2,000 is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments (less 100) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
    • Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 12:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 50.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
