This wonderfully one-bedroom has just come out of a full renovation in 2006 and tastefully mixes old-world furnishings with modern comfort. The furnishings have been cleverly selected to confer a truly elegant spirit. A fireplace wooden-built enlightens the dining and living room, where parquet floors and high ceilings will make you feel welcome straight away. The mezzanine can be used as storage for luggage.

All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
Bank transfer is also acceptable.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 AM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
