More Information

Newer, nice,clean, spacious unit with vaulted ceilings and loft, custom furniture, elevators, wide hallways, views, fireplace, large deck. Complex has hot tubs, swimming pool, clubhouse, with nice exercise room, big screen TV. The Sundance Film Festival runs 01/18/07 TO 01/28/07 -see many visiting celebrities and great films. There is also a free shuttle available.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments (less 50%) are refunded.

No smoking is allowed.
Check in after 2:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
