Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Discover Card
Cancellation Policy: A fee of $150 is charged on all cancellations. If canceled outside 45 days, all monies less the $150 is refunded. Inside of 45 days, and refunds are only granted IF the condo is re rented, and only for the days that were re rented, less than $150.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 140.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
