Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 600 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
All monies minus 20% of your Total Rental Fee will be refunded when you cancel your reservation in written 90 days prior to your arrival date. Any cancellations made within 90 days of arrival date constitutes forfeiture of your 50% deposit, plus 20% of balance due. Cancellations made within 45 days of your arrival will result in the forfeiture of all monies.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
