Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed under 75lbs (34kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 1500 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $100/day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
