Payment Details
2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.

Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal 5% Convenience fee is added to all crediit card transactions. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $250 will apply. A fee of $25 will apply. • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of rates vary. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. • Pool heat is included in rates. |
