• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). A new outdoor mall is within 200 yards of the unit. It contains fine dining, Wild Oats Market, faster food, and various shops. The liquor store is 1/2 mile away. An outlet mall is 1 mile away. Many fast food restuarants are located within 1 mile. Main Street Park City is 6 miles from the unit and has excellent dining in all price ranges. All kinds of shopping also available near Main Street. Public transportation to all of these places is free and efficient.
• There are many reservoirs and rivers for all kinds of recreation. Jordenelle, Rock Port, Deer Creek, Echo reservoirs are close by and sometimes they have beaches.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
