This 3500 sq ft. rental house is fully furnished with 4 bedrooms, 4 ½ baths, 3 car garage, fully stocked gourmet kitchen, wide-screen TV's, pool table, an executive office, and large deck with hot tub and awesome mountain views. Great for a family holiday or an executive retreat.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal
Stays of 10 nights or more will require a deposit equaling 25% of total reservation amount. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival in the form of a check. Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival forfeit $200. Cancellations made 60 - 30 days prior to arrival forfeit the Reservation Deposit. Full payment is non-refundable if reservation is canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival. There are no refunds for late arrival, early departure, or emergencies of any kind. Trip Cancellation Insurance is highly recommended.

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A High Chaircan be provided.
Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
