Payment Details

300 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 21 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
