Fully equipped kitchen with peninsula and dining area with large sliding door that goes out to covered balcony where there is a small barbecue. Cook inside or outside, summer or winter, eye to eye with the pine tree tops. There is a second kitchen downstairs also fully equipped with direct access to the lower full, wrap-around deck of the house. This second kitchen is perfect to prepare food and eat out on the deck!

Master Bedroom

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Largest bedroom on upper level with mirrored closed doors, has a baby crib and two closets. Floor to ceiling glass sliding door that leads to private, covered balcony with views of the mountains and pine trees. Very private and spacious.

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Large bedroom on lower level has its own closet. Has a glass sliding door leading to private covered balcony with views of back yard, (you might catch sight of a moose from this balcony).

1 Double Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 2). Second bedroom on upper level has mirrored closet doors and glass sliding door leading to small, covered balcony with views of the mountains and pine trees.

Loft

1 Double Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Bedroom on main level .

View

The house has large floor-to-ceiling windows everywhere that let in alot of sunlight and the view of the mountains. The lot is covered by mature trees, that surround the house. From the seven house balconies you can touch the top of the pine trees.

More Information

On the lower lever is a great room with sofa sleeper, gas log, master bedroom with queen bed and second bedroom with double bunks, full bath, and a second kitchen. A huge, wrap around deck is off the lower lever with six-person hot tub. There is a total of seven covered balconies off different rooms on the house. Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 600 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
All monies minus 20% of your gross rental amount will be refunded when you cancel your reservation in writing 90 days prior to your arrival date. Any cancellations made within 90 days of arrival date constitutes forfeiture of your 50% deposit and 20% of your gross rental amount. Cancellations made within 45 days of your arrival date will result in the forfeiture of all monies.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
