    Payment Details
    200 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.

    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
