• Salt Lake City International Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive. A short drive from SLC International on I-80 through Parley's Canyon into Park City.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. Free Shuttle Bus runs year round and stops every 10 minutes to transport skiers all around town, to and from any of the 3 resorts in the Park City area, Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort, and The Canyons.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walk and transit in 15 minute(s). The walk to the shuttle stop is 2 minutes and the ride by bus around to Deer Valley is another 10-12 minutes. It is more convenient than driving to the lot and hauling skis to the base of the mountain. It is even quicker to Park City Mountain Resort, about 5 minutes around the corner and up the hill to the base.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). Walk up Park Ave. or through the City Park to Main Street where shopping and dining are among the best to be found anywhere. Or just walk across the street to Utah's consistently ranked 5-star restaurant, Chez Betty.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
