Walk, or take free buses, to all. NO CAR NECESSARY!
Not only do I do my best to keep the unit in tip-top condition (e.g. last season replaced one of the mattresses), but the Condo is undergoing a $300-400,000 improvement package. Painting, replacing rails, . . . not sexy, but nice.

    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of $500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
