    • The unit is approximately 28 miles from the Salt Lake Airport (SLC). It takes about 40 minutes to drive there.
    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There is golf in the area (A multitude of beautiful courses, the closest 15-20 minutes away, dozens within a 1 hour drive).
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is also a shuttle available if you don't want to walk to the lifts or ski home. The ski home is for intermediate and advanced skiers only. The walk to the lift is less than five minutes, it is advisable that you buy a multi-day ticket because the lift is closer than the ticket office. Many other world-class resorts such as Solitude, Brighton, Park City, Deer Valley and the Canyons are nearby. Located between Alta and Snowbird.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are dining rooms and ski shops in each of the five lodges in Alta and one other restaurant in the town of Alta. There are also several restaurants, ski shops and a small general store in Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort which is only 2 miles away. A wide variety of restaurants and stores are located "down canyon", about 8 miles away. Downtown Salt Lake is only about 20 miles from the resorts.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    The rent, required to complete the booking, is 1 night (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival there is no refund unless re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 4 days during a stay.
