1 King Bed (sleeps 2). This Master Suite has a Fireplace with alder mantle, stone surround. This comes complete with a kitchenette: mini refrigerator, microwave. Custom stone flooring, tub and shower surround with tumbled tile accents. Oil–rubbed bronze bath fixtures, jetted tubs, European frame-less shower enclosure with oil–rubbed bronze accents. Guest baths–mountain ceramic tile with accents. An Office Table and Chair.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Cash - Diners Club
Personal Checks must be paid 30 days in advance of arrival date. Please note that a fee may be associated with credit card processing, (approx. 4% for international guests).

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 50.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
