1 King Bed (sleeps 2). This Master Suite has a Fireplace with alder mantle, stone surround. This comes complete with a kitchenette: mini refrigerator, microwave. Custom stone flooring, tub and shower surround with tumbled tile accents. Oil–rubbed bronze bath fixtures, jetted tubs, European frame-less shower enclosure with oil–rubbed bronze accents. Guest baths–mountain ceramic tile with accents. An Office Table and Chair.

Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Cash - Diners Club Personal Checks must be paid 30 days in advance of arrival date. Please note that a fee may be associated with credit card processing, (approx. 4% for international guests). *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 50. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
