    2 Queen Beds (sleeps 4). Fireplace with alder mantle, stone surround. Bedroom suites complete with kitchenette: mini refrigerator, microwave. An Office Table and Chair. Custom stone flooring, tub and shower surround with tumbled tile accents. Oil–rubbed bronze bath fixtures. Jetted tubs. European frame-less shower enclosure with oil–rubbed bronze accents. Guest baths–mountain ceramic tile with accents.

    1 Queen Pull Out (sleeps 2). This area also has a fireplace with Alder Mantle, stone surround, and built–in TV cabinet. Textured wall finishes. Spacious nine foot and vaulted ceilings and an oversized window looking out at the mountains.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Diners Club - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
    Personal Checks must be paid 30 days in advance of arrival date. Please note that a fee may be associated with credit card processing, (approx. 4% for international guests).
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 75.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
