1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

On Monthly Bookings a one week deposit is required at time of booking.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $150.00 will apply. A fee of and one night rate charge will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
