Sunrise Ridge Waterfront Resort is a Non-Smoking Resort. Smoking is allowed in designated area's. We are a Pet-Free Resort. Animals are not allowed in Guest Rooms. Our resort is brand new and undergoing frequent construction. The rates have been reduced due to construction activity. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, it is a great place to get away.

Payment Details

The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 3 days prior, payments (less one night's rental) are refunded.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
