• A one hour drive to the Comox International Airport and a three hour drive from Victoria International Airport. The train station is a 10 minute drive. Ferries travel from Vancouver to Nanaimo every hour in summer.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Within a ten minute drive of 6 golf courses.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). Mt. Washington Ski Resort is an easy one hour drive away.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express
We do not collect a security deposit, however, the registered guest is responsible for any damage caused while they are renting the cottage. Cleaning fees are $125.00 per stay. Please notify us immediately if you notice anything that causes you concern.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 250.00 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
