We provide a full kitchen, laundry, private covered patio with BBQ and patio table/chairs. Wood burning fireplace, books, videos, DVDs, and games for all ages. Down duvets, or poly-fill. Beach and bath towels. The cottage is ideal for families or couples.

    • A one hour drive to the Comox International Airport and a three hour drive from Victoria International Airport. The train station is a 10 minute drive. Ferries travel from Vancouver to Nanaimo every hour in summer.
    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Within a ten minute drive of 6 golf courses.
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). Mt. Washington Ski Resort is an easy one hour drive away.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Centrally located within a 10 minute walk of some of the best restaurants in the area for family or fine dining. Sports pub and ice cream cafe are only a two minute walk away.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Within a two minute walk of the beautiful white sand beach of Parksville Bay. Swim or beachcomb in the warmest water North of California.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
