Cozy 2 bedroom cottage with lots of room. Very large open design with lots of natural light. Our South West exposure allows all day sun. The many large windows open up the spectacular water and mountain vistas, and flood the cottage with crimson hues every evening at sunset. Natural beauty abounds from the resident deer to whales, sea lions, sea otters, and bald eagles.Fish for salmon,prawns,and crab only 100 yards from your own private beach.Private mooring buoy in place for your boat.

• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 60 minute(s). Mt Washington is 1hour and 15 minute drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). Lots of shopping and dining opportunities 10 - 20 minute drive.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is steep, drops off immediately. Beach surface is rocky. There is a moorage float/anchor. 130 feet of private waterfront. 12 foot cartop boat and water toys available upon request. Excellent prawn and salmon fishing 100 metres from your own private beach. Good water skiing and wake boarding in bay. Nearby Rathtrevor Beach beach is fine sand. The beach is gradual for a long distance. The water is crystal clear water. There are good swimming conditions in warm water. Swim or beachcomb in the warmest water North of California.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques
$200 documentation fee for all cancelations
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 200 will apply. A fee of will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
