Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 600 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques
Your 25% down payment is due within 14 days of the receipt of my initial email comfirming availability. The remainder is due 35 days before arrival. The damage deposit of $600 must be included with the final payment and will be refunded within two weeks of departure.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 200 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
