Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 600 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques Your 25% down payment is due within 14 days of the receipt of my initial email comfirming availability. The remainder is due 35 days before arrival. The damage deposit of $600 must be included with the final payment and will be refunded within two weeks of departure. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
