Home Description
5 years old in lovely quiet cul de sac. Walking distance to the mall, ocean, and close to 3 golf courses. We are approximately halfway between Parksville and Qualicum Beach. The house has a great room and living room, but it does not have a formal dining room. We are going south for the winter and would like to have one family for as long as we can.

    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • No children are allowed under 18 years old.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
