Villa in Paros near Naoussa with Stunning Sea Views
This villa is a quality small villa, ideal for a family with kids or two friendly couples.
It has a lot of character and some unique features which — we believe — set it quite apart from other places.
About the Area:
This villa is located on a hill overlooking the East coast of Paros with stunning, all around sea views on the Paros-Naxos canal with Mykonos, Ios and Koufonisia Islands at the back.
The location is so very central in the island that you can reach Naoussa, Parikia, Lefkes in 10-15 minutes and most of the great beaches without having to go all around the island every time.
It is a completely separate house with its own access, outdoor areas and shaded patio. It sits next to a larger villa in a completely unspoiled 14,000sqm private plot.
The plot is accessed via a short private road and is actually fairly big with a lot of natural beauty as it rolls downhill with some olive trees, grapes, fruit trees and other local plants.
As it is naturally isolated from the surrounding properties and houses and there are no roads nearby, it is great for kids and you will find yourselves in full privacy while enjoying a lot of peace and quiet after a busy day on the beach and the sun.
About the House:
The house itself now, is both very practical and in perfect harmony with the surroundings.
It sleeps up to 5 people in 2 separate bedrooms and as such is ideal for one large family with kids or two couples.
It is built on 2 levels as a blend of traditional Cycladic architecture with a touch of Arabic and Venetian influence which we hope you will find tasteful.
The main bedroom is on the ground level and opens up to a secluded garden with a green area to sunbathe and a shaded patio to relax.
The second bedroom is on the upper level and has a double bed and a sofa.
The small kitchen with cooker and fridge is open style and a few steps down there is a fairly spacious bathroom with a shower.
Linen, towels, full cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle are all provided as well as cleaning once a week free of charge. Additional cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost of 25 euros.
A shaded parking area for 2 cars is just ten paces away from your doorstep.
Other arrangements:
We will meet you at the port or airport upon arrival — a car is necessary — to accompany you to the house and make sure you are well settled. Depending on the time of your booking, we may or may not be present during your whole stay. If we are, we will be very happy to have you in company — if not, you are most welcome to use all other outdoor areas of the main villa such as a large shaded pergola with built-in dining table and seats for 10 which is perfect for your breakfast or mid day meals, plus a spacious open air terrace to enjoy at early morning, late afternoon or at night.
