    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). The house is near Parikia which is the center of the island. There you can find a big traditional market, bars, clubs, supermarket, boat rental, car rental, bike rental etc.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The beach is 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes by foot.

    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. For guests 25 years of age or younger a credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
