The house's crowning glory is its location, up on a hill with quite superb 360 degree views over the ocean and many other islands, perfect for that ouzo at sunset!
• Paros Airport is within a 4 minute(s) drive. Very small airport with three or four light aircraft flights a day, mainly to Athens, though a new seaplane service has just started servicing Ios, Mykonos and Santorini during summer months.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). The nearest town is Alyki, a quiet pretty port with several tavernas and bars at the waters edge, and a well stocked small supermarket. The main port of Parikia is 15 minutes drive away, with many shops, bars, banks, travel agents, restaurants etc.
• Beach is located within a 5 minute(s) drive.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
