• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The golf course is 5 minutes in a car.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Nearest supermarket is under 5 minutes by car. Food is available in the golf club house. An Italian restaurant with take out pizza is 5 minutes away. Various restaurants from Chinese and curry houses to Portuguese and continental food all within 15 minutes of townhouse.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Nearest beach 10 minutes away has bistro on the beach. There are many beaches a short drive away. Some have are calm and good for swimming ,and some are ideal for surfing.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.

• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
