Distances

• Faro airport is 75 minutes drive away along good motorways and roads.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The house has stunning panoramic views over the front 9 of Parque da Floresta and is a 5 minute walk to the driving range and a 7 minute walk to the golf reception.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is a big supermarket two minutes drive from the house. Parque da Floresta has a number of restaurants in the resort which are all within 10 minutes walking distance and Budens, the local village, also has a number of good restaurants, within 5 minutes walk.
• Beach surface is fine sand. The west coast beaches are a 15 minutes drive. The south coast beaches are a 5 minutes drive. The beaches in western Algarve are beautiful. Some have beach restaurants but many have nothing at all and even in summer you can find beaches with very few people on them. The west coast beaches are good for surfing. The south coast beaches are better for swimming. All are sandy and the house has a full list of all the beaches with maps and recommendations.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
