4 Single/Twin Beds. This bedroom,spanning nearly 325 square feet, with four windows, hardwood floors and wood beamed ceiling, is on the top floor. It has two double beds,closets, a television, CD player,and so on. It is not only ideal for sleeping, but also serves as the perfect playroom for small children.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.

From the windows and patio of the unit you can see the surrounding woods and mountains, including mounts Matanna and Piglione (1,200 and 1,100 metres a.s.l., respectively.)
The finest asset of Pascoso, and the most important reason to travel there is the nature in which it is literally immersed. Pascoso is really a hikers paradise; however it is not far from the "cities of arts" of Tuscany: Lucca, Pisa, Florence, and Siena are 15, 30, 60, and 95 miles far, respectively. Moreover, Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi, are 30 miles away.
Furthermore, the house is situated under an hours drive from many of finest and most picturesque golf courses of Italy: Golf Alisea (32 km), Montecatini Golf Club (35 km), Club Golf Montelupo (40 km), Tirrenia Golf Club and others.

• A maximum of 1 Cat is allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 6-8 Euro per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
