Beautiful and original house, that has been tastefully restored and split into two apartments and is set on a farming estate. The surrounding scenery is full of hills clad in olive groves and vineyards. All the villages in this area are within easy reach, one that is particularly interesting is the Medieval hamlet of the Abbey of Farfa (Abbazia di Farfa) with its small and characteristical craftsmens shops and its recently restored museum. Shared: outdoor area and washing machine. You can purchase D.O.C. (origin controlled) olive oil, jams, honey and salted meats which are produced on the estate and can book dinners and snacks and where you eat them on a large covered terrace. (access from an outside staircase): living/dining room (TV) with fireplace, two single divan beds and access onto a covered and equipped terrace, kitchen (oven), 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
