This RARE ground floor suite leads to a SECLUDED PRIVATE BOARDWALK and approx. 200 steps to the beach.

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). A beautiful master bedroom with a touch of luxury. A king suite and sitting area. A Jacuzzi and private bath (this is a double bath) rare ground floor bedroom has a tropical garden with your own private boardwalk to the beach (approx.200 steps from bed to beach). Your private oasis. After a cool shower, a sitting area has a counter waterfall so you can read on the chaise lounge after a day in the sun. Very tranquil.

• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are several golf courses in the area. Litchfield Golf is part of the community.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Inside our resort there is a restaurant and Starbucks coffee shop (a short drive). Outside the resort there are many wonderful restaurants and shopping.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a private boardwalk to the beach from your bedroom approx 200 steps. Outside shower to use before entering back into the condo.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, your rent is refunded but your security/damage deposit is forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Western Union

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
