The castle overviews the Loir Valley. Almost every room, as well a large terrace, has a view on the park of the castle (500.000 sq ft) and the Loir Valley.
This property is a listed historical castle, with constructions dating from the 15th to the 18th century. Located in a beautiful 5 hectares park, with old trees and many flowers, the castle dominates the Loir Valley, and gets the sun all day long.
• Angers or Sablé train stations (TGV, 75' from paris)) located 25 minutes away by car.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The best golf course of the region is located 20 minutes away from the castle by car.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Local shopping area, with a supermarket, located 5 kms from the castle. Angers, a rather large city, is a 25 minute drive.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 30%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
