Bed Summary

Master Bedroom

1 King Foam Mattress (sleeps 2). Large master bedroom with tv and gas fireplace. Has oversized sliding glass doors directly to deck and private sitting area with outdoor tv. Heavily wooded lot for privacy.

Bedroom

1 Queen Foam Mattress (sleeps 2). Guest bedroom with tv and large sliding glass door onto deck. Excellent views of the Granite Dells from this room.

Bedroom

1 Queen Foam Mattress (sleeps 2). Guest bedroom has direct access to second bathroom. Windows provide wooded views of private forest land.

Recreation Room

1 King Air Mattress (sleeps 2) and 1 Queen Air Mattress (sleeps 2). Large game room with full sized pool table, darts, small refrigerator, wet bar and tv. Third bathroom and wine cellar are located next to the game room. Sliding glass doors onto private patio. Heavily wooded lot affords plenty of privacy.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

View

This is a private golf course community with heavily wooded lots and mountain views of the Granite Dells and the Rim. This unit sits in a quiet, secluded area and has views of the Granite Dells from the kitchen, living room, dining room, guest bedroom and deck.

• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). Pine Top is the closest ski area and is approximately 60 to 90 minutes from Payson.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). The community of Chaparral Pines is only 5 minutes from a variety of restaurants and bars in the town of Payson.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 7 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $250 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
