Beautiful Peachland Walkout Suite
This beautiful walkout with a panoramic view of Okanagan Lake has been tastefully decorated and includes a newly carpeted (2008) living room, with couch and T.V. and well equipped kitchen. Newly painted (2008) master bedroom with queen plus 2nd room can accommodate 2 more teenage guests. Private washer and dryer are easily accessible in mechanical room. 2 sets of sliding doors access a patio. Have a nightly glass of wine on a private patio with barbecue surrounded by fruit trees and rose bushes. No residence below house.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Cash - Email Money Transfer
    Credit Cards will confirm the reservation.50% of payment must arrive two weeks after reservation is made. Balance or 50% of total must be rec'd 15 days ins advance of booking by cheque, Bank Draft, e-mail money transfer,paypal system.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
