Bed Summary

Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). Our suite has one bedroom with queen bed, and there is available upon request a double bed in an adjoining room. We also have available a single cot.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

View

There is a great view of Okanagan Lake and the surrounding mountains from the shared back garden.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are more than 10 golf course(s) nearby.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). Crystal Mountain, near Westbank is about 30 minutes away and Apex Mountain in Penticton and Big White in Kelowna are about 90 minutes away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Peachland has several lovely restaurants, and a small mall and several boutique shops on Beach Ave. Other communities around us have other restaurants and shopping as well.
• Lake is located within a 5 minute(s) drive.
• Nearby Attractions: The Okanagan has many attractions, including the stunning beauty of the lake and surrounding mountains. There is lots of activities, including boating, swimming, water skiing, or skidooing. If wine tasting is on your agenda you are in the middle of wine country! Wine tours are a wonderful way to spend a summer day. We have a brochures on all the attractions around the Okanagan in the suite for you.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
