We have a magnificent view of Lake Okanagan from Kelowna to Penticton right from the hot tub on the deck.3 acres of privacy with lots for the kids to explore.There is a badminton court and horseshoe pit for you to enjoy and close by there is Horseback riding,water sports,golfing,beautiful clear beaches,restaurants,The Hardy Falls,tennis,biking,wineries, fishing-all minutes away. There is a sauna for you to relax in at the end of the day. The Cottage, adjacent to the main house, is fully self contained with its own deck with the same lake views. This is a wonderful place to stay and have fun!

    The property has two seperate buildings a three bedroom plus loft and a one bedroom cottage. Complimentary bottle of wine/champagne on arrival. The units are located on 3 acres of privacy. A custom, quality built post and beam home with cedar vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling stone fireplace. A full sized European styled wet sauna. Discounts are also available for the nearby Ponderosa Golf Club (in Peachland). The cottage is about 1000 sq ft, has its own kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, and own entrance, can be rented as part of the home or separate. There is a badminton court and horseshoe pit on the property. No a/c but fans in every room

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due 15 days in advance). A security deposit of $500 is required. If you cancel, your rent will be refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
