Lakeside Living in Peachland, the Jewel of the Okanagan

The guest house of our lakeside home offers a newly finished 2 bedroom suite with king and queen beds and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. Relax in the great room which features panoramic lake and mountain views and opens onto a patio with BBQ. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer for your use.

Our guest house is located about 100 meters (300 feet) from Okanagan Lake, just walk down the driveway to the pebble beach. This home is a perfect place for adults travelling together or families on vacation. BOAT MOORAGE and boat parking is available, boat launch is nearby

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Cash - Travelers Cheques
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
