Welcome to our elegant lakeside home located at the quiet north end of Beach Ave. featuring spectacular views of the lake, mountains and the sparkling lights of Kelowna. Close to beaches, wineries, restaurants, golf courses and shops.
We offer a private, luxurious suite in the lower walk-out level of the house. The master bedroom has a pillow-top king bed and private entrance to the large outdoor room. The den/second sleeping area has a queen bed and privacy screen curtain. Private extensive outdoor living room and gardens with sectional sofa, coffee table, fountain and dining area.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Cash - Travelers Cheques

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 14 years old.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
